  • ஸ்ரீ ஜெயபிரபா ஜூவல்லர்ஸ் (பி) லிட். நிறுவனத்தின் லோட்டஸ் கோல்டு திட்டத்தில் மாதம் ரூ. 500/ முதல் அதன் மடங்குகளில் சேரலாம்.
  • இத்திட்டத்தில் முதிர்வு காலம் 12 மாதங்கள்
  • மாதம் ஒரு தவணை மட்டுமே கட்ட வேண்டும்.ரூ.500 மற்றும் அதன் மடங்குகளில் செலுத்தலாம். (உதாரணம் ரூ.500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000).
  • இந்த லோட்டஸ் கோல்டு சேமிப்பு திட்டத்தில் நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் பணம் செலுத்தும் போது உங்கள் தொகை உங்கள் அட்டையில் வரவு வைத்து, ரசீது தரப்படும்.

  • உங்கள் பணத்தை credit/debit கார்டு மூலம் செலுத்தினால் சேவை கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
  • இத்திட்டத்தில் இருந்து வேறு சேமிப்பு திட்டத்திற்கு மாற்ற இயலாது.
  • இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சேமிப்பு தொகை எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் பணமாக வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது.
  • தவணைகள் பணம் அல்லது டிடி (demand draft) அல்லது மணியார்டர் அல்லது மின்னணு பணம் செலுத்தும் முறை (ECS) அல்லது பின் தேதி இட்ட காசோலைகள் அல்லது கட்டணமில்லா காசோலைகள் அல்லது உள்ளுர் காசோலைகள் அல்லது ஏதேனும் வங்கி கிளை மூலமாக செலுத்தலாம்.
  • மாதாந்திர தவணைகள் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 5-ந்தேதிக்குள் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
  • இத்திட்டத்தில் நீங்கள் 22CT தங்க ஆபரணம் மற்றும் வெள்ளி பொருட்களாக மட்டுமே பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
  • 24CT தங்கமாகவோ அல்லது 24CT அபரணமாகவோ அல்லது 24CT காசாகவோ தரப்படமாட்டாது.
  • சந்தையில் தங்கம் மற்றும் வெள்ளி விலை ஏற்றம் இறக்கத்திற்கு எங்களது நிறுவனம் எவ்விதத்திலும் பொறுப்பல்ல.
  • 11வது மாத தவணை தொகை செலுத்து 30 நாட்களுக்கு பின்னரே தாங்கள் உங்களுக்கு உரிய தங்க மற்றும் வெள்ளி ஆபரணங்களை தேர்வு செய்து உரிய விற்பனை வவுச்சர் மூலம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
  • வாங்கும் பொருள்களுக்கு செய்கூலி, சேதாரம், கல், கிரையம் மற்றும் மத்திய, மாநில அரசு வரிகள் உண்டு.
  • தாங்கள் 11மாதம் கட்டிய தவணை பணத்திற்கு 12% (Per Annum) சேர்த்து தங்க நகைகளாக பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
  • நகைகள் வாங்கும் பொழுது நிறுவனத்தினரால் வழங்கபட்டு மாதந்தோறும் பதிவு செய்யபடும் பாஸ்புக்கையும், ரசீதுகளையும் திரும்பக்கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்.
  • 11 மாதங்கள் முதிருவு அடையாமல் 12வது மாதம் நிர்வாகம் வழங்கும் 12% (Per Annum) தொகை வழங்க படமாட்டாது.
  • இந்த திட்டத்தன் பொருட்டு ஏற்படுகின்ற அணைத்து தாவாககள் மதுரை நீதிமன்ற எல்லைக்குட்பட்டது.
  • இந்த திட்டத்தினை பொருட்டு வழங்கப்படும் சலுகைகள் மற்றும் இதர விஷங்களை மாற்றி அமைக்கவோ அல்லது நிறுத்துவதற்கோ தீர்மானிக்கின்ற அதிகாரம் ஸ்ரீ ஜெயபிரபா ஜூவல்லர்ஸ் (பி) லிட். நிறுவனத்திற்கு மட்டுமே உண்டு.
  • இந்த திட்டத்தினை முன்னிறுத்தி நகை கடன் வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது.
  • இந்த திட்டத்தில் இருந்து இடையில் விலகினால் கட்டிய பணத்தில் பேரேடு பராமரிப்பு தொகையும் கழித்து மீதி தொகைக்கு தங்க நகைகள் மற்றும் வெள்ளி பொருட்களாக மட்டுமே பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.

Lotus Gold Purchase Plan

  • Jeyaprabha jewellers in Lotus gold is a jewellery Purchase Plan for this you can pay Rs500/- or in multiples of Rs500/-. The Plan period is 12months.
  • In this Plan monthly you can pay only one installment. you can pay Rs500/- or in multiples of Rs500 (For example Rs 500,1000,1500,2000,5000,10000).
  • In this lotus savings Plan monthly amount should be added in your account and payments are entered in the passbook and we will provide the receipts for your monthly installment.
  • You should pay the service charges for while paying through Credit Card / Debit Card.

  • The member cannot move on to any other Purchase Plan.
  • No cash will be refunded under any circumstances.
  • The amount can be paid by cash, cheque,or demand draft, ECS or through any banks.
  • The monthly installment should be paid on or before 5th of every month.
  • In This Plan only you can purchase 22KT gold and silver jewels.
  • The Plan enables 24CT gold or 24CT gold jewellery or 24CT gold coin cannot be purchased under this Plan.
  • Management not responsible for the prevailing market gold rate as on the fluctuation of gold prices.
  • On completion of eleven monthly advance payments the member is eligible for purchase jewellery for the maturity value only after 30 days from the date of last advance payment.
  • In this Plan customer should be pay the wastage and making charges and GST & any other Government levies at the redemption will be borne by the member.
  • On completion of 11th month You will get the Plan benefits of 12%(Per Annum)and you can purchase gold jewels for the paid amount.
  • Members are advised to ensure that all payments made by them are correctly entered in the passbook and request to retain and submit their monthly payment receipts at the time of maturity.
  • On completion of eleventh month only you will get the 12% (Per Annum) Plan benefit, otherwise will not be applicable.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai.
  • The management’s decision is final all matters of the Plan and the rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Members who discontinue in the middle of the Plan, Gold/silver jewels can be purchased only for the paid amount. Plan benefit of one-month installment and company commission would not be paid by company for this Plan.
